In our strive to constantly deliver the very best tuition and understanding of our art. Our Chief instructor regularly travels to Japan, to train with and learn from the the very best. It is this dedication and commitment to be the best that enables us to pass on the valuable knowledge we gain.

Martial Arts does not refer to a watered down form of Zen or sports combat which is not about real combat, it is in real combat where the art truly is. It is the  free adaptation of form the setting aside of the rules, the parameters, the tools used and everything else that would restrict the flow of energy. This is the process that creates great works of art from materials and methods. In the  same way the warrior uses his art to breathe life into the otherwise dead techniques of their school; a flow of energy, unbound by rules.  Unfortunately many martial arts have lost  their art and are left with just their technical forms. It is the art which  lifts simple form to a level where it becomes alive, vibrant and unpredictable.
